Parking is provided in a secure garage. Guests understand when booking that vehicles must be under 7ft tall to fit inside the garage.
Guests have full access to the apartment and all community amenities, including the gym, pool, lounge, and meeting rooms. Please note that all amenities are subject to building policies, and access may be revoked by management if rules are not followed.
Upon arrival, you’ll retrieve a key fob from a lockbox located near the parking lot. This fob provides secure access to the building entrances, elevator, and your apartment door.
Inside the apartment, you’ll find a garage parking tag. This tag must be clearly visible in your vehicle at all times when parked in the lot. Vehicles without a visible parking pass are subject to towing at the guest’s expense, per building management policy.
All detailed check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival to ensure a smooth and easy experience.

Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete identity verification through our secure third-party provider, Truvi. This process helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and apartment building policies, while providing added protection for both guests and the property.
Truvi will contact the primary guest via email and/or text with simple instructions. Verification must be completed before check-in to ensure a smooth arrival.
In certain circumstances, guests may be required to authorize a refundable security deposit of up to $500 through Truvi. This deposit is used solely to cover accidental damage, rule violations, or excessive cleaning and is fully refundable following a compliant stay. A small processing fee may apply.
Situations that may require a deposit include, but are not limited to:
Local bookings
Guests with limited or no recent stay history
Guests with lower review ratings
Guests traveling with pets
Stays longer than 7 nights
All adult guests (18+) must have an Airbnb profile and be added to the reservation prior to arrival. Each adult must have a recognizable profile photo. In some cases, we may request government-issued photo identification for identity and occupancy verification purposes only. Unregistered or unverified guests are not permitted.
If the building elevators are temporarily out of service, guests acknowledge that stair access may be required.
The property is located in downtown Birmingham’s Five Points South neighborhood, a lively urban area. Guests may encounter normal city activity, including foot traffic and occasional homeless individuals in the vicinity.
USPS mail delivery is not available at this property. Package deliveries (Amazon, UPS, FedEx, etc.) are permitted.
All maintenance requests must be communicated directly to the host. We will coordinate with building management as needed to ensure timely resolution.
This apartment is located at street level in downtown Birmingham, and typical city noise should be expected.
Guests are welcome to log into their own apps, subscription services, cable and streaming services are NOT included.
