Guests do not have access to the garage unless consent is given from prior discussion with host.
No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside of the home.
Guests have access to the entire home except the garage, main entrance coat closet, and closet nearest the dining room. Guest’s will access the home using a smart lock on the front door. Backdoor is a manual lock and can only be locked from the inside.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
Guests understand that if they are staying Monday or Tuesday they will set out the trash and recycling. Trash goes out on Monday and can be set out on Sunday evening. Recycling goes out on Tuesday and can be set out on Monday evening.
For stays greater than 7 nights we will provide enough supplies to get you started but after that you will need to re supply. This includes but is not limited to toilet paper, paper towels, dish/hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee, shampoo/conditioner/body wash.
