In an effort to maintain a secure premise, the home is equipped with 5 exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.
Guest is aware that 2 cars can fit in the drive way along with a possible other 2 smaller cars in the garage.
Guest is aware trash goes out on Tuesday. Guest is responsible for putting trash out if their reservation includes or checks out on a Tuesday.
Guest is aware that pool maintenance is done every Monday.
