The single/twin bed is a rollaway bed that can be placed in the living room or bedroom. The couch is the other sleeping area listed for 4 individuals. 1 King bed, 1 twin rollaway bed, 1 couch.
Guest access
Guests will access the building with a key fob and access the apartment itself with a unique code
Other things to note
There is an elevator to get up to floor the apartment is located or stairs located to left of the elevator. If the elevator for whatever reason is not working, guests understand they must use the stairs. Listing is located on the 3rd floor.
Keep in mind this unit is in a downtown location where it is subject to have foot traffic of all walks of life. The building does have a security guard and all residential floors are locked from those that do not have a key fob or not a resident of the building.
While we do provide parking for guests, we are not responsible for theft or damage to vehicle or contents.
