The space
The apartment is located in a downtown historic building, there is a restaurant and wedding venue in the beautiful building. Like any downtown area there is a variety of pedestrian traffic in the area, from nearby offices and restaurants.
Guest access
Guests will access the building with a key fob and access the apartment itself with a unique code
Other things to note
There is an elevator to get up to floor the apartment is located or stairs located to left of the elevator. If the elevator for whatever reason is not working, guests understand they must use the stairs. Listing is located on the 12th floor. While we do provide parking for guests, we are not responsible for theft or damage to vehicle or contents. The rug in the living room was recently replaced due to damages from a guest, the rug is the same size and similar style but don’t want any surprises upon arrival.
