The apartment is located in a band new building, just a 2 minute walk to UAB Hospital and Children’s hospital. Just 1 block from the Red Mountain Theater. The apartment is a cozy spot for your weekend getaway or long term stay with tons within walking distance. Can’t get more conveniently located!
Guests will enter the building with a digital key, get a key fob from a lockbox inside and use the key fob to access the residential floors and to enter the apartment door. Unit door automatically lock after closing with the use of no deadbolt. A guidebook will be sent with information on the day of check-in. We do not provide parking although there is plenty of public parking in the immediate area.
Mid-Town BHAM is the best location! You can find a little of everything within walking distance! Try out some of our favorites, Hero, Red Cat Coffee, June Coffee and Last Call Bakery.
The area is great for those with or without vehicles. There are restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and entertainment all within a short walk. You can find electric scooters nearby for short trips. Free and paid parking can be found on the street. For those staying for 1 month or longer, a parking space can be reserved.

Guests are welcome to log into their own apps, subscription services, cable and streaming services are not included. Mail can not be accepted/delivered at this location for guests, all mail must be delivered to nearby package pick up locations or guests can set up a PO Box nearby.
We do not provide parking – there is paid parking in the immediate area – if guest is staying for 30 days or more, there is a parking deck a few blocks away with Birmingham Parking Authority (Parking Deck 8) for $80/mo equal to $2.66 a day that all of our extended stays guest use. Advice is to book it as soon as possible.
