The apartment is located in a band new building, just a 2 minute walk to UAB Hospital and Children’s hospital. Just 1 block from the Red Mountain Theater. The apartment is a cozy spot for your weekend getaway or long term stay with tons within walking distance. Can’t get more conveniently located!
Guests will enter the building with a digital key, then will need to get a key fob from a lockbox on 1st floor inside and use the key fob to access the residential floors and to enter the apartment door.

There is an elevator to get up to floor the apartment is located or stairs located to right of the elevator. If the elevator for whatever reason is not working, guests understand they must use the stairs. Listing is located on the 3rd floor.
Guests are welcome to log into their own apps, subscription services, cable and streaming services are NOT included.
USPS mail can not be accepted/delivered at this location for guests, all mail must be delivered to nearby package pick up locations or guests can set up a PO Box nearby.
Guests staying 30 nights or more have the option to purchase monthly parking directly through the Birmingham Parking Authority at Parking Deck 8, located nearby. The cost is approximately $80 per month, which breaks down to just $2.67 per day—a convenient and affordable option for long-term stays.
