The apartment is located in a downtown historic building, there is a restaurant and wedding venue in the beautiful building. Like any downtown area there is a variety of pedestrian traffic in the area, from nearby offices and restaurants with the likelihood of experiencing typical downtown noise especially on weekends.
The washer and dryer are a combo washer and dryer.
Guests will access the building with a key fob and access the apartment itself with a unique code.
Check in time is 4:00 pm – check out time is before 11:00 am
Guest is aware that there is multiple steps to getting checked in. They will have to park and retrieve the key fob which is on the side of the building between the parking lot and apartment building. Photos and video are provided through our online guidebook. Should they have any issues upon checking in, guest is required to reach out to the host for assistance.
Guest will have to park their car first in either a paid or non-paid parking spot to then retrieve the building key fob and parking lot clicker.
The location of the lockbox is on the side entrance of the building between the parking lot and the apartment building. There could be limited light/visibility in the evening.

Located in downtown Birmingham within walking distance to amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and music halls. Less than a mile to UAB and only a half a mile to UAB hospital.
There is a stunning wedding venue, TJ Tower Events, and a restaurant Roots and Revelry, located in the building. Gym, movie room, pool table and convenience store are also located in the building
The building is located in downtown, there are a variety of businesses, restaurants and foot traffic in the area.
There is a parking lot for guests located to the side of the building, street parking both paid and free is also available. There are lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
Two Twin Rollaway beds are located in the bedroom closet to be used in the living room for extra guests.
The curtains in the bedroom were too heavy for the wall, they have been removed and replaced with internal window black out roller shades. Photos of the space are still the same just the curtains in the bedroom have been replaced
There is an elevator to get up to floor the apartment is located or stairs located to left of the elevator. If the elevator for whatever reason is not working, guests understand they must use the stairs. Listing is located on the 20th floor.
While we do provide parking for guests, we are not responsible for theft or damage to vehicle or contents.
Guests are welcome to log into their own apps, subscription services, cable and streaming services are not included.
** Please note we reserve the right to have our guest do an additional screening before reservation begins through Superhog. Please ask host if applicable.
** You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
There is a ring doorbell camera located outside the apartment door facing the hallway. The apartment building has security cameras in the common areas as well.
